Coupon codes may be sent out periodically to the registered Shaving Style customers. To sign-up for this feature, you should create an account. In your profile under the Newsletter tab you'll have an option to check the "Newsletter Subscription" box.
We do not take orders over the phone; orders must be placed online.
If you have found an error in your shipping address, please email us within two (2) hours from the time the order was placed, we might be able to correct the error. It is your responsibility to provide us with correct shipping address to avoid delays or order non-delivery by the shipping company.
We are registered business in Canada, we charge tax on all Canadian orders. Customers from Canada are responsible for all sales tax, use tax, goods and services tax, harmonized sales tax, and any other taxes, duties or charges that may be associated with the order which may be charged in their jurisdiction.
We do no collect tax from United States customers. Since all orders are shipped from Canada, customers from United States are responsible to pay any additional duties, brokerage charges and other applicable fees that may be applied by shipping carrier upon package delivery.
The orders are ready for shipment within 48 hours from the time they are placed. But in most cases we try to process orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and Ontario statutory holidays.
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
Yes, most orders are shipped with full insurance.
Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post, estimated delivery times vary from 3-15 business days. Orders going to United States valued at US$199 or less are shipped via USPS First Class, estimated delivery times are 5-20 business days. Orders shipped to United States valued at US$200 and over are shipped by Canada Post, estimated delivery times vary from 5-20 business days. Please be advised, the delivery times provided are only estimates and in some cases it could take longer for the package to arrive.
You may find that upon checking the tracking number through USPS website it may show no progress other than the message: “Electronic information submitted by the shipper”. Usually it means the package has not yet reached the USPS sorting facility or the tracking number has not been updated. In some cases the package may have been scanned but it does take some time to show progress online. We advise to continue checking the progress daily.
You may return new and unopened product(s) no later than 30 days from date of purchase for a refund. Please read our Return Policy for conditions and restrictions.
